Here is the procedure for not showing up for your appointment:
- Cancellation: If you are unable or do not wish to proceed with the appointment, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance via a WhatsApp message or email. You can cancel or reschedule the appointment.
- Timely cancellation: If you forgot to cancel the appointment within the required 24-hour notice period, we request that you send us a WhatsApp message before 9:00 am on the day of the appointment. This will allow us to potentially schedule another client in your place.
- No-show fee: If you fail to show up for the appointment without notifying us, you will receive an invoice of €25. This fee is not reimbursed by the health insurance provider and is your responsibility to pay.
- Late cancellation fee: A fee of €15 will be charged for late cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for notifying us of illness after 9:00 am.
- We kindly request your cooperation in following this procedure to ensure that we can effectively manage our time.
